JAZZ + HIP HOP ATTIRE REQUIREMENTS

All Jazz + Hip Hop classes require a high ponytail. Dancers are expected to be fully prepared with their own supplies before entering class. GDS will not provide hair ties to any dancers who arrive without their hair supplies. A hair kit will need to be purchased from GDS for a fee.

KIDS COMBO (K + 1st graders)

Dancers hair must be pulled back and neatly secured in a high ponytail

In year’s past, we have required black Pastry sneakers for Hip Hop levels I-III. Due to current distribution issues, Beam & Barre is not able to secure enough inventory for our classes. If dancers still have Pastry Sneakers, please feel free to wear them to class! If not, clean high top sneakers (Nike, Adidas, etc..) are acceptable while we work on a more long-term solution.
